I think that people with a great sense of empathy, care and love want you to feel that they relate to you to demonstrate that you are not alone. 
I understand your desperation and I’m not going to sit here and say “I have been exactly where you are, I totally get it!!”
But what I will say is in these moments try to understand why people are saying “I GET HOW YOU FEEL”, its because they care about you as a human being and want to support you. You’re not “a girl on the internet”, you are another human being and as a human being, I would like to offer you my support in any way that feels possible.

~Am I the only person not voting?~
Not out of spite, or ‘cba’ syndrome, or any sort of laziness, or disapproval or distrust of the system..  
Just because I really do not feel educated enough to vote. I try to approach everything without ignorance and educate myself to a standard where i feel i have done my research before making a judgement that would affect other people, but my uni deadline is tomorrow, (and one next week) and I’ve just had no time to sit down and educate myself, and become aware of the parties and what I want to be voting for. 
I think I will vote next year.
